SHOPPING GUIDELINES

1. Select from our variety of products.

2. Fill out our ORDER FORM.

3. Kindly wait for our confirmation via text or email within the day.

4. Kindly send your payment either thru bank or remittance centers within 2 business days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

5. Please wait for the package to arrive at your preferred delivery address. Once we receive your payment, we will ship the item/s right away.

   Upon shipment, it would take 1-2 business days for deliveries within Metro Manila and 2-3 business days for provincial. 

QUESTIONS?

1. How do I send my payment?

We accept payment thru bank (Metrobank), Western Union, Cebuana and M.L. Kwarta Padala. Details of which will be provided to you via text or email once we processed your order request.

2. How much do I pay extra for the SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping fee costs for a minimum of P 50.00 within Metro Manila and P 80.00 - P 100.00 for provincial deliveries.

3. Do you have a shipping schedule? How do I know if my order will be shipped?

Our shipping schedule is from Mondays thru Fridays via Fastrack or CliqnShip. You will be notified of your tracking number via text or email. 

Once the courier has your package, Baby O's Collections will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or delayed items. But we will help you contact the courier regarding any delays or losses should the event happen.

4. Do you have a RETURN POLICY?

We observe a NO Return, NO Exchange Policy since we guarantee the correctness of each order prior to shipping.

UNLESS, we shipped the WRONG item to you, only then will we replace it with the correct one. Please report a wrong item immediately upon receiving it. Baby O's Collections will only replace wrong items reported within 5 days.
